before u placed those facedowns i used all out attacks anycounters

I'm afraid I have to counter that. Before they attack, from my hand, I activate my Level Limit - Area C. All level 3 and lower monsters must switch into defense mode, and remain in defense mode as long as my card is on the field. I end my turn.
