Nice try, but my Tortoise goes as a Continuous Spell. Now, I summon my Sapphire Pegasus(1800/1200) in Attack Mode! Now, his effect, he sends a "Crystal Beast" to the Spell and Trap Card Zone as a Continuous Spell, so my Topaz Tiger will be taking up that space. I'll end my turn with a face - down.
