I activate my face-down A Hero Amerges! When you declare an attack you choose 1 card at random from my hand and if it's a monster i get to summon it, but since I only have 1 card in my hand thats the only one you can choose, so I special summon Elemental Hero Burstinatrix! 1200 Attack

I choose the only elemental hero i have on the field, burstinatrix, and the only elemental hero in my graveyard, glow neos!

Next, his second effect activates, I can draw 2 more cards since theres no cards in my hand or graveyard.
