Effect: You can only activate this when you have 3 or more speed counters. Your opponent draws 2 cards. Special Summon 1 monster from your Graveyard that includes "LV" in its card name, ignoring the Summoning conditions. The monster that was Special Summoned by this effect cannot attack, nor activate or apply its effect this turn.

Speed Spell - Level Down!?
Type: Quick-play Speed Spell
Effect: You can only activate this card if you remove 2 Speed Counters from your Speed Guage.Select 1 face-up "LV" monster on the field to activate this card. Return the selected card to its owner's Deck and Special Summon 1 monster from the owner's Graveyard to their side of the field with the same name but lower "LV" (ignoring the Summoning conditions).

Speed Spell - Urgent Synchro
Type: Quick-Play Speed Spell
Effect: You can only activate this card if you remove 3 Speed Counters from your Speed Guage when you have 5 or more Speed Counters.
Activate only during the Battle Phase. Synchro Summon 1 Synchro Monster. (Send the appropriate Synchro Material Monsters to the Graveyard.) During your next end phase, remove the synchro monster from play and draw a card.

Speed Spell - Fake Tuner
Type: Normal Speed Spell
Effect: You can only activate this card if you have 4 or more speed counters. Remove any amount of speed counters and the level of the monster becomes the amount of removed speed counters. This card turns into a tuner monster card with 0 atk, 0 def, and a warrior type.
It's attribute can be determined by removing from play one monster in your graveyard. The attribute of this card becomes the attribute of the removed from play monster.

Effect: You may only activate this card during the battle phase. Send 1 face-up "LV" monster on your side of the field to the Graveyard. Special Summon a monster from your hand or Deck that is written in the card text of the sent monster, ignoring any and all Summoning conditions.

Speed Zone
Type: Continuous Trap
Effect: By removing one speed counter once per turn during your end phase, this card can stay on the field. Select a type when you activate this card. As long as this card stays up on the field, all monsters with that type on the field can avoid destruction once per turn. Everytime one of those monsters attacks directly and successfully gives damage to the opponent, you gain 1 speed counter.

Effect: If a LV monster on your side of the field is about to be destroyed (Except for battle) or effected by an opponent's effect, you can negate that effect.
