I draw. I summon Morphtronic Scopen from my hand with 800 ATK. With it's effect I Special Summon Morphtronic Videon with 1000 ATK. Then I tune these for Power Tool Dragon! 2300 ATK! And I equip it with Double Tool C and D from my hand. Two face-downs, then i ATTACK BUBBLEMAN! Any counters?

yes i do have a counter its called bubble shuffle so ur monster is in def same with bubbleman then e hero neos come out in atk mode any counters

From my hand I'll just activate my Quick-Play Spell Card, Mystical Space Typhoon. Then I end my turn if you can't counter that.

I draw. I activate the Spell Card Hand Refiller! Since there are no cards in my hand, I get to draw another six cards, but my next Draw Phase is skipped.
Then I summon Morphtronic Scopen and bring out another Morphtronic Videon to Synchro Summon my second Power Tool Dragon! And I equip it with another Double Tool C and D. One of my Power Tool Dragons attacks Bubbleman while the other one attacks directly. Any counters?

yes for the first 1 its the same bubble shuffle 2 put both the monsters in def mode and to bring out e hero neos in def mode (bubbleman is destroyed)

Not if I use my face-down, Dark Bribe! This negates your Bubble Shuffle, destroys it and you draw a card. Since you have no other Trap Cards and this is a Counter Trap, the fastest of all Chain Cards, you take a lot a damage!
LP: 5700-2200
One last card face-down, end of turn.

ok my turn i draw i Graceful Charity i discard Burstinatrix and Avian then i use Miracle Fusion to bring out e hero flare wingman but now i use Polymerization to form shining flare wingman
but thanks to his effect he goes up to 3400atk so he attacks ur monster

You can't attack because of a lock formation. See, when one Double Tool C and D is on the field, you must select the equipped monster as an attack target. But since there are two of them on the field, you can't attack because you have to attack both of them at the same time, and as far as I know, in the rules you can only attack with one monster per turn.
Your monster isn't destroyed, it's just that your attack does nothing and you can't attack with that monster again.

I draw. I put one card in face-down Defense Position and I activate Raigeki to get rid of all of your monsters. Then I attack you directly with one of my Power Tool Dragons.
Game because you have no face-downs.
