I'll start off with the card Reasoning!
By using this spell, you select a number through 1-12. I draw that many cards and discard those cards until I find a monster I can special summon.

Suki drew a card and discarded it. Emotional Conflict... her next card was a spell named Express Your Emotions! She smiled as she drew her third card and special summoned to the field Freya, the Spirit of Emotions in atk mode 2000. Now I activate the effect of Joy. While Freya is on the field, I can switch her atk and def making her have 1900 atk and 0 def. I change her to atk mode. Now I have three cards left in my hand and I still have a normal summon so say hello to Emotion Spirit: Pride. Now I attack your monster with Pride!

Nope. Not yet. My monster is Clear Phantom! With 1200 def points! Now might you have a trap or spell to somehow negate my flip summon, or flip it back? If not, I activate my clear phantom's effect when it's destroyed, and destroy your Freya.

My Joy still stays at 1900 atk points and I can't change it until Freya is on the field again.
Now Joy attack directly!

Before you end your turn, I activate a normal trap! Full Castle! Using this card, I can summon a draoxeon token in defense mode, with 1300 def points! Anyway, my turn! I draw. I sacrifice my draoxeon token, and summon Vulcan Draox Samurai! He has 2400 atk points. I end my turn with two facedowns.

Yes, as a matter of fact.
