Big Evolution Pill is no longer in effect due to the fact that it has to stay face-up on the field for it to be in effect. Because my heavy storm destroyed your Big Evolution Pill, your set monster cannot be higher that level 4 without a tribute. I draw! I activate Fusion Birth! By sending the top five cards of my deck to the graveyard, if any of them are fusion material monsters for a fusion monster, I can special summon that fusion monster to the field from my extra deck. Cards Sent: Elemental Hero Neos, Elemental Hero Clayman, E - Emergency Call, Fusion Gate, Skyscraper 2 - Hero City Come Forth Elemental Hero Gaia! 2200 Attack Now his effect activates so I can take half the attack of Black Tyranno and add it to gaia. Gaia: 3500 Attack Black Tyranno: 1300 Attack Now I flip Elemental Hero Stratos and now his effect activates so now I can activate his effect to either destroy spell/trap cards for every other Elemental Hero monsters on the field or add 1 Elemental Hero Monster from my deck to my hand so I add Elemental Hero Sparkman to my hand. Stratos: 1800 Attack Now I activate R - Righteous Justice! I can destroy spell/trap cards for as many Elemental Heros I have on the field. Say bye bye to your 2 face-downs. Now I activate my other card in my hand O - Oversoul! I can special summon 1 Elemental Hero Normal Monster from my graveyard to the field. Come Elemental Hero Neos! 2500 Attack Now Elemental Hero Gaia attack Black Tyranno! (3500 vs 1300) Elemental Hero Neos attack his face-down! (2500 vs  ?) Elemental Hero Stratos attack him directly! (1800 Attack) Any counters? If not I win. |

Sorry but it does not have to stay on the field. If it did, it would be a Continous Spell Card.

According to the link of Big Evolution Pill: yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Big_Evolution_Pill, it's effect says "Tribute 1 Dinosaur-Type monster to activate this card. This card remains face-up on the field for 3 of your opponent's turns. While this card is face-up on the field, you can Normal Summon or Set Dinosaur-Type monsters without Tributing." Since it was destroyed by my Heavy Storm, you can no longer use it's effect, and not all spell cards require being a continuous spell card to stay on the field as long as it has a period amount of time in the card's effect for example: Swords of Revealing Light. |

So unless you have a counter or your face-down monster has a defense higher than Elemental Hero Neos attack, I win.
