the monster cannot be destroyed by spells and traps
And i can tribute 1 monster And all of my opponents monsters are Destroyed but the card changes to Def position and i must skip my next battle phase

Hmmm... I don't know how you can get R Dragon and those 7 on the field at the same time but...
It can be destroyed by monster effects and Battle.
After that, approved.

How many monsters can beat a monster with 4500 atk?
It has to be able to be destroyed with monster effects and battle.

equip it with mage power your monster and with united we stand and there you go it has higher atk and def

Crystal Beasts are limited cards.
There shouldn't be more than only 1 in the whole world, the same goes for Rainbow Dragon.
I really don't think you should be creating this, because you already have Rainbow Dragon which is powerful enough.
But we'll suit with what Apollo thinks.

Because you don't need a gym for every Limited Card.
Only 'Divine', god cards.
For example, we have no gym for Monster Reborn or Mystical Space Typhoon.
On the other hand, we do have a gym for Hamon because he's a god-card.
We also don't have a gym for Sangan, which is a completely normal monster, but is limited.
Besides, Crystal Beasts are indeed a collection and are unique, but there's only 1 of each in the world, including the Raibow Dragon. At least, that's how it is in the series (and since you're playing a canon, follow the proper battling style and deck). Also, they're not considered god-cards, but just 8 incredibly rare cards.
(By the way, Sangan is a level 3 with 1000/1000. Effect: once this card is defeated by battle, you're allowed to select any monster with an attack of 1500 or less and add it to your hand.)
