It was a lovely day. After several duels in the Satellite, Noelecio Rizzo decided to test out her driving skills during a Turbo duel against the security, which tried hard to capture her, but failed due to her strong bonds with her Zanpakuto-type monsters. She was able to escape to Neo Domino City through the water, actually taking the dive in the water and driving her D-Wheel through it. It was a hard task, but the results came out at dawn.

The time, 05:27 AM. The morning sun just started to rise. Noel took off her helmet after stopping at some point that looked like a good place to stay at. Her visit at Satellite to see what this street is all about cost at her identity being deleted from Neo Domino City's records, or at the very least forgotten since she disappeared without saying a word to anybody. "I'm finally back home..." Noel started to drive slowly with her D-Wheel through the city roads. It was the greatest moment to ride, not one person shown at the road. She missed this feeling.

He escaped from a group of agents he drived over the min road at high speeds very catious of every thing around him.He remembered very good why he leaved Neo Domino...He was defeaten his record had been erased...He knew that the famous Yusei Fudo and his friends lived here...Maybe he could get that good too...He then pulled at the breaks at full power making his tires to almost break."What are you doin here?You re an elite duelist...You should be at the top in Neo..."
