Alright then. I activate Polymerization to fuse Elemental Hero Neos and Elemental Hero Clayman to create Elemental Hero Gaia! 2200 Attack
Now his effect activates that till the end phase of this turn, Elemental Hero Gaia can take half of one of your monster's attack and add it to himself and the only monster you have on the field is Harpie Lady! Elemental Hero Gaia: 2850 Attack Harpie Lady: 650 Attack
Any counters now?

Now the last card in my hand, this will hopefully end the duel.
I activate O - Oversoul! I can select 1 Elemental Hero Normal Monster from my graveyard and special summon him to the field! Come Elemental Hero Neos! 2500 Attack

Now his effect activates so that when he is either normal summoned or special summoned I can either destroy spell/trap cards up to as many other Elemental Hero, Destiny Hero, or Evil Hero monsters I have on the field or I can add 1 Elemental Hero monster from my deck to my hand! Say bye bye to your face-down.
Now Elemental Hero Stratos attack her directly!

Yes.
This will end as a draw.
I activate, Ring of Destruction!! I choose your Stratos. Now, he's destroyed and both of us receive damage equal to his attack points.
This is a draw, as a Chain Reaction.
