all approved besides Exodia's brother 10,000 atk and def is too strong you can make it 4,000 and not collect the pieces that's the only way it could be appoved

Yup, Spellcaster(0/0) When its summoned a target face up monster's attack and defense is copied to his own.

Copycat would be useless most of the time. If you think about it, most spells affect both players, and only several situations apply for Traps. Specific situations.
Still, let's see your usage of it.
