Personality: Akio is generally a nice, outgoing person. He loves to talk to others, but he doesn't like talking too much. Sometimes he'll just awekwordly end a conversation, or stop talking mid sentance. He loves to duel, and when he duels he becomes much stronger.
History: Akio was born to duel, literally. He started early with some strong sets and took a few tournaments by storm using a whole bunch of level 2 normal monsters known as the Ojama monsters. As the years grew, though, he started to like the monarchs more and more. He finally made a monarch deck, which...sucked. It did give him a great view on what's needed for a monarch deck, though, and he used that information to construct what he thinks is a great monarch deck.
