There is no attribute such as 'thunder.' I think you should change that to light.

Either lower rock master's attack points by 200, or his defense points by 200.

Also, if you're going to make a monster two attributes, put "This monster is also treated as a ________ monster." Replacing the underscore with a attribute.

For ultimate phoenix, lower the attack and defense points by 200, then instead of losing life points equal to this monster's attack points, replace it with losing life points equal to half this monster's attack points.

Lower thunder golem's attack points by 300. Then, either put 'discard a card to destroy a monster with a lower level than this card', or 'Once per game, halve your life points to destroy all cards on your opponents side of the field.'

For magma monster, put 'inflict 700 damage to your opponent during each of your standby phases'. Also, either lower monster's attack by 300, or defense by 100.

Also, I don't understand steamer's effect. Do you mean when this card destroys a monster, it gains it's attack points until your next endphase?
