Ok. I draw. I put a face-down and flip my face-down monster, Penguin Soldier. It returns up to 2 monsters on the field to it's owner's hand. So I choose to return itself and your first face-down monster (the one you put on the field first). Then I put a face-down monster on the field and end my turn.
