The requirements for a Cosmic Synchro (The actual name of which is an Accel Synchro Monster Apollo) are The original Synchro monster + 1 Synchro Tuner (A Synchro also listed as a tuner) or The original Synchro Monster + 2 Tuners (Double Tuning)

Shooting Star Dragon:
"Stardust Dragon" + 1 Synchro Tuner
(Accel Synchro Summon)

Red Nova Dragon:
"Red Dragon Archfiend" + 2 Tuners
