Alright, I seriously don't know if this is overpowered or completely balanced.

First of all, make it so it can only be special summoned by paying 2,500 Life Points and no other way.
Also drop the ATK points and make it level 12.

Oh, and this card being Elemental Hero that isn't a fusion and that powerful seems like a problem, thus the name should be changed as well.
