"To begin my turn, I set three cards on the field, facedown. Now, Fabled Urustos, to the field. Because of his effect, he gains 400 attack points. I'll end my turn here."

"I'll draw. Now, with that draw, I now have 4 cards in my hand."
Suki examined the cards and got ready for her whole move.
"I'll flip over my facedown monster. Ryko, Lightsworn Hunter come out."
A wolf appeared onto the field and the top 3 cards of Suki's deck went to the grave.
"Now, with Ryko's flip effect, I destroy Urustos. Any counters to that?"

[Kale Ikataru]

Yes, I do. Your Ryko is going to the grave, for I activate Divine Wrath! Divine Wrath lets me negate the effect and destroy Ryko.

[Suki Kanabi]

"Oh well. I'll end with a facedown card then."

I draw. I summon Fabled Kokkator. I set this card facedown to end my turn.

Now, I'll summon to my side of the field in ATK mode Laval Rotating Firewheel.
A woodman turning a huge firewheel appeared with 300 ATK.

"I draw. Kokkator, attack the firewheel." Kale said, as he watched is birdlike monster attack.

"Spirit Barrier"
Suki said and a barrier appeared.
"With this, I take no damage while I control a monster."

[Kale Ikataru]

"Urustos, attack directly!" Kale said. Urustos went directly for Suki.

[Suki Kanabi]

"I'll activate Defense Draw." Suki replied, "With it, I take no damage and I get to draw a card."
Suki also looked at her deck and sent two cards to the grave.
"With the effect of Laval Rotating Firewheel, I can send two Lavals to my graveyard from my deck when he's destroyed by battle."

[Kale Ikataru]

Now, I end my turn.

"I draw."
Suki drew a card making her hand total 5.
"Now, I'll special summon Laval Burner using his effect. If there are 3 or more different named Lavals in my graveyard, I can special summon him."
A man of rock roaring with his rock arms on fire appeared with 2100 ATK.
"I chain to my own summon with a quick-play spell. Dark Flare. When a monster is special summoned, I can special summon one Fire monster in my hand. Say hello to Burning Dragon!"
A dragon with 2500 ATK appeared. It lit up with fire.
"Now, thanks to Burning Dragon's effect, when he's special summoned, all spell and trap cards on the field are destroyed!"

[Kale Ikataru]

"I'm afraid I have an objection." Kale said. "First, I activate my facedown Blast with Chain. I equip it to my Urustos. Next, I activate my second facedown, Waboku. I take no battle damage this turn, and none of my monsters can be destroyed. Counter?"

[Suki Kanabi]

"Alright. I know exactly what your cards do so no problem. Blast With Chain will take care of one of my monsters but guess what? My Dormant Volcano Trap Card is destroyed and now, you take 300 points of damage and during my next standby phase, we both add one FIRE monster to our hands."
The trap card Suki had was destroyed and like a volcano, it erupted and gave Kale 300 points of damage.
