'Ah....' Kale thought, as he wandered through the streets of New Domino city. 'Not my favorite place...' It was pretty relaxing, nothing much to bother him. Then again, a little excitement might've been nice. The weather wasn't sunny, nor was it cloudy. According to Kale, the perfect day. And perhaps the perfect day also to run into someone?

Apollo walked down the pavement next to the street he was walking on with something in his mouth. It was a shopping bag. He had no room for it in any of his hands so he had decided to put it in his mouth.
"Ugh, do I really need to eat this much healthy food Extrio?" Apollo asked.
"Don't judge my decisions for you. You'll appreciate this Apollo." Extrio replied.

Kale walked a bit further, an outline of a winged man trailing behind him. Through their minds, an interesting conversation was going on. "And why exactly are you going on a walk today, Kale?" Fabled Soulkius murmured. "No reason..." Kale thought back. "Knowing you, there is a reason, but fine." Soulkius ended the conversation there. Suddenly, as Kale turned the corner, he bumped into someone else. making him drop all his bags. Amazingly, one was in his mouth. Another duel spirit was following him. "Erhm, sorry. Wait, Apollo?"

Apollo looked up at Kale and smiled. After getting over him knocking all his bags down onto the ground that is.
"Kale... ironic that I'd see you here." He said and got up dusting himself off.
"Nice to see you Fabled Soulkius. I don't believe we've met." Extrio said talking to Kale's Duel Spirit.

"Indeed. Hm. For some reason, I might've known I would crash into you. Or maybe not..." Kale said, a bit in surprise. He never usually ventured out to new domino city, but today he wanted to. Maybe he did know that they would bump into each other.
Meanwhile, the two duel spirits were talking. "No, I don't think we have met. Good to meet you though, Naturia Extrio." Soulkius almost smiled, knowing rather odd thoughts were going through Kale's mind.

"Well... since we're both here, how about a duel for good time's sake?" Apollo asked, "I'd love to see if my Naturia are better than your Fabled."

"Huh... Well, sure. Fabled versus Naturia. Interesting. Let's do this then." Meanwhile, beside Kale, Soulkius smirked at Kale. He didn't show it, but thoughts were leaping through his mind.
"I draw. To begin my turn, I summon The Fabled Rubyruda! (1100 atk.) I end with three facedowns. Your move Apollo."

Apollo drew his 6 cards and automatically summoned one to his field.
"I summon Naturia White Oak with 1800 atk! Now, White Oak attack Rubyruda!"

"That's when Rubyruda's effect activates. By discarding one card in my hand, I can negate the attack. The card I discarded was Fabled Catsith. Heh. When she's discarded, I get to destroy one of your monsters. Since you only have White oak, say good bye."

"I'm afraid that your effect won't be working for this turn. You see, when White Oak is targeted by an opponent's card effect, I can send him to the graveyard to special summon two level 4 or lower Naturia monsters from my deck to the field. Say hello to Naturia Butterfly and Naturia Hostneedle."
A butterfly gracefully hovered down onto the field and a buzzing bee followed her.
"Now, I'll tune both of them together to synchro summon Naturia Landols! Any counters to that?"

"Why yes, I do. One of my facedowns, It's called Phoenix Wing Wind Blast. By discarding a card in my hand, I can return a card from the field to it's rightful owner's hand/extra deck. So I choose Landols!"

"My move then. I draw. I activate Pot of greed!" Kale said. That was only going to get him two cards though... When Kale drew the two cards, he smiled. To begin, I set this facedown, to end my turn. Your turn."

"You're lucky Kale. You get to meet a new little friend of mine. Say hello to Naturia Pumpkin!"
A Sleepy Pumpkin monster appeared onto the field with 1400 attack.
"Now, thanks to his effect, if I normal summon him while you control a monster, I can special summon a level 4 or lower Naturia from my hand. Say hello to Naturia Fruitfly!"
A fruitfly buzzed onto the field with 1200 atk.
"After that, I can summon Naturia Hydrangea from my hand because I activated Pumpkin's effect."
A bouquet of flowers bloomed onto the field with 1900 atk.
"Now, I'll be taking control of Rubyruda because her def reaches 0 thanks to Fruitfly."
Fruitfly began the process of taking control of Rubyruda but would it succeed?
