Alright, I draw Lightning Rod Horn.
And now, I set one of my Werekids to defense position, and activate Werekid's effect. For the cost of 600 Life Points, I can destroy your monster.
I now summon Lightning Rod Horn in attack position and attack you directly using Lightning Rod Horn!

I have no Face-Down cards, nor can Lightning Rod help much in the opponent's turn.
Neither can Werekids.
