Suki drew a card and discarded it. It was Straight Flush and then smiled as she drew the second card. I special summon to the field Emotion Spirit: Misery with 1400 atk! I give it an emotion counter.
Now by paying 1000 LP, I can special summon from my hand Freya, the Spirit of Emotions! 2000 atk!
Any counters before I proceed?

Ok I draw!I lace one card face down and activate Ploymerization to fuse from my hand elemental hero Avion and Burstinatrix to make,Elemental Hero Flame Winged Man in attack mode(2100).counters?

Yes. When there's an emotion counter on Misery, I can activate Misery's effect. She can negate a spell once per turn. I negate it.

I activate my trap, Curse of Royal. Negate the activation and the effect of a Spell or Trap Card that includes the effect of destroying 1 Spell or Trap Card and destroy it.
Since your Magic Jammer would destroy my spell, it's negated.
