Personality: Noel is a cheerful girl with a strange attitude though, that reacts in strange ways towards usual things such as shopping or anything else a 14 year-old girl such as herself would do. She happens to be very fund of the earlier versions of the game, and keeps in mind that every card has its own usage in battle. Aside from that, Noel also knows the value of life and tries to live her best, knowing she has only 1 chance to live. She likes dueling, although not in an overrated way. Her favorite food is cotton candy and pasta mainly. Noel looks like a strange and crazy girl, probably because she is capable of seeing Duel Monsters Spirits. The one possessing her is the Toon Snagon, the card she found on her own.
History: Noelecio Rizzo was born on 2,098 A.D, meaning 89 years from the current present. She was born into a difficult state on the earth, and from desperate will to have this state in this world changed, her friends and herself were able to develop a machine that would send one of them back to the past, though coming back to the future is impossible at her current state. At that time, Noelecio was already considered a genius child, as she reached high-school material knowledge level only on the age of 6. It never took her time to hesitate, and the young girl decided to go back to the past on her own to change the future in her own way to make lives more peaceful. Of course, that seemed impossible for one little girl, but who knew the odds.
The young Noelecio Rizzo was found adopted by two old persons that found her one day laying down on the ground, starving almost to death. They raised her to this day, that she's currently 14. While growing up, Noel learned about the current fandoms of the world, being mainly the game that settled the near future - Duel Monsters. To her surprise, the rules weren't different at all, only the condition in games were different. Having earlier experience, the girl found it easy to play the game and formed a deck that she really like to use. She also found some rare cards that seemed impossible to find, as their effects were irregular, something Noel couldn't see coming to her. She developed a special dueling way only for herself and her opponents, only known to those who dueled her by her own terms. She finds it amusing while other might not. Today, she's a normal person who duels other just like everybody else.
