Alright, I draw! First I'll summon Marauding Captain in attack mode, and his effect lets me special summon Feedback Warrior.

Meh, that's ok, I'll show you the Rank 3 XYZ monster in this deck, ill take feedback warrior and marauding captain and stack them together to summon Grenosaurus! 2000 Attack

Next I'll activate Blustering Winds! When this card activates I can target 1 face-up monster I have and give it 1000 attack and defense points till my next standby phase, and I choose my only monster Grenosaurus! Counters?

no, since you attacked a face-down alien grey, I can activate it's effect and give your cosmic fortress gol'gar an a-counter. Not like it matters.
