"I draw. To begin, I set this face down monster. I end my turn." The field was completely clear except for three facedowns on Confused's side, and a monster on Octavius's side. Anybody could still win...

Rain frowned as she looked at her field of nothing. Guess I restart. She thought. "I draw. I summon Cursed Beast of the Dead and end my turn." That card would keep her safe for the moment.

"Cursed Beast of the dead?" He never saw that card before or even heard about it. "Well let's find out what it can do, I activate my 3 card combo Tiki Soul, Tiki Curse, and Zoma the Spirit!" Tiki Soul: 1000 Attack, Tiki Curse: 1800 Attack, Zoma the Spirit: 500 Defense "Now I bet your wondering why I summoned Zoma the Spirit in defense mode right? Whenever Zoma the Spirit is summoned he is forced into defense mode and I can't change that till the next turn. However since this is during your end phase, my turn is the next turn. Now I draw!" H: 1
"I will get to this later, first off Tiki Soul, attack the gladiator beast's face-down monster!" He watcehed his tiki statue go toward for an attack on the unknown monster.

Octavius laughed. "My facedown is Gladiator Beast Hoplomus, with 2100 defense points, which is higher than your Tiki Soul's attack points."

"Argh... I'm not the only one who's losing life points this turn. After damage calculation my tiki curse effect activates. If a different trap monster battles a monster, it is destroyed regardless of defense points, so your out of luck." He watched his monster get destroyed. "And that's not all sense you have no monsters on the field Tiki Curse can attack you directly." The other tiki statue attacks this gladiator beast directly, causing him to receive 1800 points of damage.
Gladiator Beast (name): 2200 LP
"Now since my battle phase is over because I forgot to switch my other monster into attack mode, your beast effect allows you to special summon a gladiator beast from your deck. While your deciding if you don't mind, I'll place one card face-down to end my turn."

"I draw. To begin, I summon Gladiator Beast Hoplomus. Because a Gladiator beast is on the field, I can special summon Test Tiger to the field in defense mode. Now I activate Test tiger's other effect. I return Hoplomus to the deck. This is treated like he battles, so I can summon Gladiator Beast Spartacus! I equip the Gladiator Beast's Battle Halberd from the deck because of Spartacus's effect. Spartacus, attack Tiki Soul! Counters?"

"Your going to try to destroy both tiki soul and either tiki curse or zoma the spirit because of the battle halberd. However your going to lose since you can't counter my move without any face-downs. Your monster has 2200 attack points, the same amount as your life points. So I activate my face-down Magic Cylinder!" Two cylinders appear infront of tiki soul. "Here's how it works, your attack goes in one of the cylinders." The attack of his Spartacus goes through the cylinder with the arrow pointed at tiki soul, and goes out of the other one. "And out the other one, right at you and your life points! This will put you right at zero. Say bye bye and good duel!" He watches the attack head closer to Gladiator Beast Octavius.

Rain watched and for a split second, she wished she could save him...however, she knew she couldn't. She had no facedowns...all she had was her monster that could only help herself. He should've done better then. She argued in her mind. It eased her guilt a bit. Stupid emotions.

Octavius grunted. He had not remembered the facedown. Smiling wryly, he watched as his own monster lowered the rest of his life points to zero. He was too reckless this time. "Next time..." he murmured, burning for revenge at the human. For now however, Octavius changed back into a random beast form and leapt away. He was still wondering about the two. Would their duel continue? Or end?

Rain watched as Octavius left, "I guess it's only us now...once again." She murmured, now she had no choice but to actually try, "Well, first I play Treasure of the Cursed. It allows me to draw as many cards as there are cursed monsters in my graveyard...I believe that is four. So now...I summon Cursed Thief to the field and then I take him and my beast away to summon Cursed Dragon. I now end my turn with two facedowns." Rain noticed that the sky was getting darker. Has it been a day already?

"Heh, I draw!" He looked at the card. "I switch Zoma the Spirit into attack mode, now attack Cursed Dragon!" The zombie lurched forward to the cursed dragon. He knows how this battle will turn out, but does she?

"Heh." He watched the monster get destroyed, but the spirit doesn't leave without first attacking her.

Rain's LP: 1700
"My triple combo is now revealed, whenever zoma the spirit is destroyed by battle, the monster that destroys it also takes out it's controllers life points equal to take attack of the monster, then for my tiki curse, since zoma the spirit is a trap monster, your monster is also destroyed. Lastly, my tiki soul's special effect that let's it start all over, when a trap monster is destroyed, instead of it being sent to the graveyard, I can place it face-down instead, so next time you can face the combo again later." The card revives face-down in the spell and trap card zone.
"Now as for the card in my hand..." He reveals it as Mystical Space Typhoon. "I think ill activate it so when I attack, I can have one less face-down to worry about. Mystical Space Typhoon, destroy the left face-down!" A tornado strikes down on her left face-down, leaving only one left.
"Now your almost left wide open, so I'll risk this attack, Tiki Curse, attack Rain directly"

Come on Confused you can beat those 2.He said excitedly.Show those 2 servants and their master or whatever whos boss.When shadow was born he could read minds but these beasts he cant get anything from their head,then again jayk could be messing up his power

"Okay, I'd like to stop you in your tracks Confused. Before all that other crap you did, I play Curse Reflection Doll. Any damage your monster just dealt to me due to it's effect, you get to take instead." Rain said, trying to calm her breathing.
