Nope, highest monster on the field is marucho's monster with 3000 attack points and something defense points.

I activate Spiros the Phoenix's effect. Thanks to this, by discarding the card in my hand I can negate your Avatar's effect, so he becomes a 0 attack and 0 defense point monster. Counters?

Good duel, but before I'm taken out, I have a card known as Unfair Flare. I can inflict 1000 points of damage to one of you guys, if you don't negate it. The penalty for this card is three turns later, I take 1000 points of damage. Since I'm taken out now, it doesn't matter. So unfair flare, inflict the damage to Apollo! Counters?
