(Not LP, but PTD has 4300 attack points since it has two Axe of Despairs equipped to it)
I activate my facedown, Negate Attack, stopping your attack and ending your battle phase. Any counters?

Because of Clear World, I'll destroy my Sheep Token and draw. To start, I'll summon Morphtronic Vacuumen in defense mode and use it's ability to equip it with Clear Gargoyle and add another Morph Counter to Morphtronic Clocken. Next, I'll tribute Clocken to inflict 1000 points of damage to your life points for each Morph Counter. Any counters? If not, I end my turn.
