By sending all other Copies of Lucy to the graveyard, I can negate your card effect and destroy your monster.

My draw. First I activate Pot of Greed. Next, I activate Clear Sacrifice! I remove from play my Vice Golem and my Phantom. Come forth, Clear Vice Dragon! Now, I activate Clear World and Clear Wall. Clear Vice Dragon, destroy Lucy! When my dragon attacks, his attack points become double the monster's attack points he's attacking. So now, it's:
(Clear Vice Dragon) 5400 vs. (Lucy) 2700

I activate Revenge of the Counterparts.
I negate your attack and during the end phase, I get to summon a Counterpart from my graveyard.

Now, during my end phase, I get another Lucy which creates an attack lockdown.
I draw.

Now, you get to see my whole hand thanks to Clear World.
I have Counterpart Dark Hydron who I just drew and Counterpart Grrmonster.
I won't summon any of them though...
Lucy, attack his dragon and give him 1600 points of damage.
